Method of Order

~ Our order method is PRE-ORDER. We do not have ready stock item at this moment. Following are the schedule of the pre-order date :-

15/04/2011 ~30/04/2011
01/05/2011 ~ 15/05/2011

Goods will be received min 15 working days after the period ends for the pre-order date.

How to place order ?

1. Kindly fill up the Order Form in the end of the page. Please sms/email the following detail to 013-7429622 or ksfashionmall@gmail.com if you have any further query

a) Category (e.g Blouse,Coat,Designer HB,etc)
b) Code No / Model No
c) Color / Size
d) Name , complete address

We will send the confirmation of the stock and pricing for final confirmation in a same day of request.

Upon confirmation, we will send invoice or notification on the total price for payment via sms or email.

Delivery Cost

We are shipped via POSLAJU or POS EKSPRESS and subject to POS MALAYSIA latest rate. We will advise the postage cost in every order

Can i changed the orders after payment?

Yes, you may for several cases such as wrong size or color. You must notify us 3 working days upon receipt the good. But the amount of replacement must be equal or more than the amount paid. Take note that due to this special arrangement, you need to pay for the freight cost.

The replacement will be void if the condition of the goods are damaged due to mishandling of the recepient.

Delivery?

Shipment will arrive in 10~14 working days after the ends of the pre-order date.
